About the role As a coach with site responsibility, you primarily work in the operation by organizing and planning activities together with our participants. You also have administrative tasks such as scheduling, updating, and reviewing risk assessments, deviations, and documentation. You lead the daily work together with the unit manager by introducing, coaching, and including. Furthermore, you ensure good quality in the operation and work according to Nytida's pedagogical framework to provide the best possible support and conditions for the care recipients. Of course, you also contribute to a good working environment and good relationships with the operation's customers and relatives by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback, and confirming your colleagues in their daily work. You report to the unit manager and are part of the operation's leadership team.
About Högås daily activities
Högås is a daily activity according to LSS aimed at individuals with a diagnosis within the autism spectrum and intellectual disabilities who want to work close to nature in an active environment or with an aesthetic focus. Currently, 10 participants are engaged at Högås along with 3 coaches and a unit manager, as well as several substitutes.
Högås daily activities are located in a forest and nature area, right next to Lake Långsjön. The operation is ten minutes from Vagnhärad, about 50 minutes south of Stockholm, and 35 minutes from Södertälje and Nyköping.

Your experience and knowledge You have a university degree in pedagogy, social work, or health and care, as well as experience with the target group. Furthermore, you speak and write fluent Swedish and have good computer skills. It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience of various forms of cognitive support and low-arousal approaches, as well as experience in leadership.
You are clear, pedagogical, and driven by helping individuals grow and develop in their professional roles. As a person, you are independent, unpretentious, and easily collaborate with others. You have the desire and ability to lead and follow up on operations based on the company's goals and financial frameworks. You are proactive and responsive to participants' needs and have a natural respect for other people.
